Perfect fit for my old style Aeron. I should've changed this years ago, as my old one would always rise by itself if no one sat in the chair. Now it holds its position so I don't have to adjust it all the time. Seller also reached out to me as I ordered another part that wasn't compatible with the old style Aeron, but I was actually using that for a specific part that does work with the old style Aeron, which was the pivot arm.
