Buyer was sent detailed directions three different times and I worked at least 3 hours total with him on solutions. But wouldn't take the advice and seemed to want to keep the drive and a refund??!!. Buyer sent screenshots of it working and still demanded a refund and demanded to keep the drive. Makes no sense. All drives are tested before shipping and it's 3 simple steps to use the drive. We are always here to help if you get stuck. And the drives are real easy to use of you follow the steps.
