It picks up the slightest noise and starts recording way too sensitive anything that has a background noise it will start recording literally if a car goes by your house or somebody else from the sidewalk to somebody or talks a little bit too loud it starts recording just too sensitive I would not recommend this unless you live out in the country where there's no one at
