However the refurb team did but a pretty ugly kind of matte film over the cover and palm rest/trackpad. It did reveal some minor imperfections. Personally I would have preferred it coming without the blemishes being “concealed”. It’s a used laptop after all and I expect a few blemishes. Overall great purchase and seller.

Ordered 7 drives, all came packed incredibly well, and even though one was bad (they're used, it's expected) the seller replied extremely quickly and sent a new drive no questions asked, and provided a shipping label to send the defective one back. Upon receiving the new one, it works perfectly and my server is happy again! Overall an amazing experience.
