For unknown reason it was shipped requiring a signature. The mailperson placed a note in my box to go to the post office and sign for it. It arrived on another purchase which I thought needed a signature but why? so I trashed it not realizing the signature paper was for this shipment. Mary sent me an e mail so I dug it out out of the trash and took it into the post office ans picked up the purchase. Just a screw up on my part.
