First let me say item was shipped fast but sat at PO in Dallas for 10 days, not the sellers fault. I did contact the seller and asked if they could check why, response was qiuck and got notification package would arrive 03/24/23 it did. this is not an OEM seat bottom. It is good quality but does not fit the same as OEM. OEM has metal rods and hog rings to attach cover to seat. this one has plastic strips which I could not fasten with hog rings. had to hog ring rods to seat then hog ring to rods.

I am very sorry you had a hard time with you installation. I wish you had reached out to us. I could have had an installer walk you thru it or if you are a visual person, there are 1000's of YouTube videos that could have helped. We us OEM materials and most car makers have gotten away from using metal rods in their cover. Alot have even gotten away from using hog rings. Metal breaks down and rusts. This can cause discoloration us the cover.

The seat cover itself was of high quality. I rated the transaction as "neutral" because it took two weeks to arrive and the shipping box was badly torn, allowing the seat cover to have a small (albeit easily cleaned) moisture stain on it. All in all, the product was as advertised.
