The box arrived in not so good shape but I didn't think anything about it. I later opened the box to find that it did not contain the aux power cord for the unit. Once I looked more closely at the box, you could tell that it had been opened before and the power cord removed. I contacted the seller and we'll see what happens. The description said NEW, but it had obviously been out of the box prior to my purchase.

    Great little combo with big vacuum power!

    I have a small apartment, about 850 - 860 sq feet that's mostly hard floor...this little combo works perfectly for everything. The bot, while it won't map and remember the layout of your apartment or home, is a strong vacuum. The handheld vac is also more powerful than anticipated! I would buy this product again and have already recommended it to others.

    Great product just need to add a remote I would recommend

    Works great almost never gets stuck hand held works great to the only thing I would add is a remote with the ability to direct the vacuum as the app does not allow you to do that.

    Get one!

    Do yourself a favor and just buy it. It helps immensely to maintain clean floors. We have vinyl plank throughout our entire home and have multiple pets. This cuts the hair and dirt down to a minimum. Only negative is the filters get dirty fast.

    It's so good we bought a 2nd as a backup.

    We love this Robot so much we bought this one as a back up. The life expectancy of these are a couple of years but we just repair it with parts from Ebay. We have had the one we are using now for just over 5 years. The vacuuming wand is a bonus because a lot of units don't come with one. This one works great. I can't recommend this enough.

    Wrong connector pin

    The product works great but only after having to change the plug from the 3 pin plug to my 2 pin plug. For most folks this would. It be possible but being mechanically adept it was no challenge for me. Perhaps in the description the shipper could have mentioned the pin configuration, 2 pin or 3 pin.
