I contacted the seller to let him know that the hands on the watch were loose. He proceeded to ask for pictures over and over. I sent the photos he was claiming that the photos that I was sending was not the watch that he sent which was absolutely insane. He did nothing to help or try to fix the situation. He said that all the watches ever sent never had a problem and this one shouldn't have a problem either. I will never buy anything else from this supplier.
