Really blocks glare on the inside of the helmet.
Lincoln Helmet Extended FR Cotton Headcover works great. Really improves your ability to see the weld pool by blocking glare on the inside of the helmet. Also makes a cap or doo rag unnecessary to protect your head from burns. Easy to install and stays put.

It's great for the times I don't use a welding jacket with a collar. It covers my neck when I use a leather apron and a sleeve and need to cover my neck from sunburn. Fits on easy and removal is just as fast. Kinda expensive tho.
