Several attempts to contact the seller for the wrong item received. I didn’t open the item until I was ready to install I’ve spent the winter rebuilding the motor and the Item received was a black unit when listing states chrome. Also the listing says condition is new however packing list states refurbished. Not only out the $ for the wrong item but the black one I received I could have purchased around $100 cheaper. Would not do business again -10 stars.

You send them a screenshot. No response. You proceed with the purchase (at the discounted price). You contact them again. No response. Then you receive the item and it comes damaged due to bad packaging. You write them again, no response. I don't know what to think. I'm being nice to them and giving 4 instead of 5 stars.
