Seller offered “free shipping” and mailed an empty envelope with nothing in it. Canada Post then mailed the envelope in a clear sealed package stating the condition of the envelope, and its contents was the way it was received from the seller.

Buyer Unhappy did not not get item, letter can damage and open with nothing in it ( sooo He says ??? ) , Buyer was more unhappy because it was not shipped in a box, Buyer payed $20 item + free shipping , if item was shipped in box , Shipping cost would be over $20 shipping + $20 item = $40 , Give Full Refund to Buyer
