    I have been using Systane Hydration-PF single-use eye drops for several years for dry eyes. I have tried other formulations of Systane & other brands for dry eyes but this by far has suited me the best. It alleviates gritty & itchy feeling well. I use it as needed, 2 drops per eye. Although, a single-use, I get 3 doses out of it by using good hygiene. I recap it by pushing the twisted-off top back on to the vial. I don't store it in the fridge, just in its box in my nightstand drawer.

    Superb Eye Drops

    Alas, after cataract surgery, one inevitably develops dry eye disease which can be very uncomfortable and cause blurred vision. One ophthalmologist recommended another brand of eye drops. However, I developed an allergic response to the preservative in them. First of all, these drops are extremely expensive in actual stores, so it is a tremendous boon to find them available on Ebay. The drops come in small, easy to open vials and since they are preservative free must be used within 24 hours. After using these eye drops regularly, I am extremely pleased with the results. I would highly recommend using these eyedrops even if you do not suffer from dry eye disease. They work wonderfully as a lubricant or even to clear one's eyes from dust or other minor debris or contaminants.

    I recommend this whenever I can because I want others to know how effective it is. I even use it daily on a kitty whose sinuses are a constant problem; the vet approves because there is nothing that is harmful to human or kitty... The PF quality is perfect for hyper-sensitivity.

    Tried many- this is the one!

    Can't be beat for treatment of dry eyes! I have had cataract removal, lens replacement, and partial cornea transplants. Keeping my eyes moist, comfortable, and improving my vision was difficult. After trying several drops as recommended by the ophthalmologist and staff, I discovered Systane Hydration drops without preservatives on my own.

    Amazing results after first drop

    My ophthalmologist recommended these eye drops for severely dry eyes. I LOVE them. The hydration you immediately feel on/in your eyes is amazing. I would highly recommend to anyone who suffers from dry eye irritation. Even tho' they are a little on the costly side ~ they are well worth it & I guarantee you won't go back to the other inexpensive eye drops.
