We installed it in preparation for a 4,000 mile ride. I purchased a trailer to pull with the bike (2006 Ultra Classic) because the wife has absolutely no concept of packing light. And with the trailer it made her happier, hence, I got laid a lot more during the ride, so a win win. I think the set up was clean, the chrome is in great shape, The only thing I wish was better, is that the ad included in bigger print +need to buy two bolts+ That would have helped as we had a days delay installing

Shipping time was ok on my 1st order which arrival damaged possibly during shipping as there was some visible damage to the packaging. The seller was great he quickly respond to my return request and got me out a replacement asap. Communication was great and the replacement arrival faster then the 1st delivery.
