My handlebars were plastic wrapped and sent in a thin bag. They were bent, most likely due to the poor packaging. I requested to return and the seller ghosted me. Never responded. Top of the line wheels for your cruiser bike, by my my opinion. The great price, & fast delivery make this one of my best bike purchases I have ever experienced. I did experience a fitting problem early on after this set of wheels were delivered, granted. Though with the help of seller we got that resolved! We had to remove the 1/2” spacers on each side of the rear wheel! To all bikers, this eBay seller probably has something you need now, or will need in the future for your bike!
