The item was not as described. The description said it was a "complete course package." It was not. One of two CDs was missing. The fact it was missing could readily be seen through the clear plastic packaging, and yet it was shipped to me as if it were complete. I have sent 3 messages to the seller over several weeks about this and have received no response.
