The box housing the individual strut boxes was mangled and the corners were split. The strut boxes themselves look as tho they had been open previously as the end caps to the box that are stapled shut were torn open allowing the struts to move around during shipping. One strut managed to puncture the main box housing everything and was sticking out when it arrived. Small parts were missing on arrival.
