A few days later I received a reply saying someone would look at a booklet from an open box to see if it indicated points of lubrication. This was the last communication. -- As an unwrapped "new" item, no one could know about malfunctioning parts until the item was unwrapped, all the packing pins were removed, and someone tried to type on the machine.     Cheaply made, but does the job.

    They work well, for the standard wii-mote, they fit really snug, almost too snug, so snug that they're difficult to pop back out and sometimes, the battery pack pops out when you remove it. You can tell how cheaply made they are, but honestly for the price, its worth it, they light up red when the battery is dead, and turn blue within a couple hours. It plugs straight into the Wii unit to charge via usb. You'll probably have to re-sync the wii-motes as well.

    Not well made

    Battery packs stay charged for maybe 20 minutes unlike the rechargeable batteries that nintendo makes which lasts for days even weeks. Also unlike the picture it doesn't come with the remotes, which isn't mentioned in the description anywhere. Strongly recommend not buying this product if you want something close to what nintendo makes.

    Decent but has a flaw...

    So far this is a good item. I have not had any problems so far so I can't tell if the batteries last a long time. However it does have one flaw. The pass through cable for the power is way to short. And there's no other way to connect it to a power source. Overall it's a good investment for the price.

    best Wii charger

    I had the 2 remote model which worked great, by the time I wanted to get a 4 remote one, Energizer discontinued them. Tried other brands & they suck, this is the only one that works with jackets on. Glad to find this one available here & for decent price, shipped fast too. Batteries are all toast, but that's not too surprising, just have to be glad I got the pad.

    Love this!

    It is great to not have to buy batteries anymore! We just place our controllers in the charging station when we are done with them and they are ready to go the next time we want to use them!!
