I received the item, which is fake, before we even removed it from packaging we could see that the arm was snapped. I contacted the seller, they sent me a replacement joint, when I tried to fit the joint I couldn’t because the remnants of the pre existing arm were seized into place in the arm socket. I asked the seller for a refund and their advice was to soak the item it warm water. Bearing in mind this was a new, boxed, gift, I continue to battle for a refund. Do not trust this seller. SCAM.
