Shipped quickly, packed very well in bubble wrap, as described, installed, booted up, works perfectly. Would buy from again. Used an old credit card and guitar pick to disassemble the laptop. Try to wear an ESD wrist strap or at least be careful not to touch electrical contacts while inside the laptop. I also removed the battery before installing the new hard drive, just as an xtra safety measure, then reinstalled the battery.
