My apologies to Hank s Minerals. I MIS-SPOKE. I did not search further into the package to find what I had considered missing. The batteries were in the camera, not with the charger and the label instructing to remove green tabs I expressed my ignorance to technology and they have offered a return/refund. It s my fault for getting into this and I will decline the return and try to find someone that can use it. They were generous. I thank them and apologize. They are good people.

It was very easy to set up. thanks a lot for making this available. So much cheaper than a ring doorbell and you don't have to join and pay a fee.

It came on time, but it did not work properly. I could not use it at all in the end because it is not adjustable, unlike description claims and image was sideways. I spent a few hours with the tech guy at my job trying to fix it and it's ultimately broken junk. HOWEVER seller refunded immediately when I contacted him, and did not request that I send it back either. I sent several photos of it to the seller and was issued a full refund right away. It was the right thing to do, thank you seller!
