Certainly not a great film...
...as the other reviewers have already noted, but it was still entertaining nevertheless. Besides, I collect all sorts of war-related movies and just had to add this one to my collection irregardless. This film is supposedly about the 'Last Drop' via airborne assault upon the Germans during WWII into The Netherlands around the era of 'Operation: Market Garden'. Unfortunately and unrealistically, we experience two Dutch women and various Germans who are all capable of speaking perfect English...along with a little German being spoken by some SS officers; however, they too quickly revert to English. Madsen and Zane are okay - with Zane doing the better job, as Madsen appears to portray some 'over-the-top' Patton-type personality...almost being comical throughout the film. Synopsis: Zane ... ...as the other reviewers have already noted, but it was still entertaining nevertheless. Synopsis: Zane pilots a group of English soldiers during a secret mission, but his plane is shot down some distance away from the designated drop zone. Now 'on foot', Zane accompanies the soldiers to an isolated farm house where the viewers have already observed a small group of German deserters looking-over a stash of stolen valuables hidden in some tunnels under the farm house. Then, some confusion/odd interaction develops amongst the German SS, English, the German deserters, and the squad which is under Madsen's leadership. Everybody wants their own piece of the stash of loot, but Zane is able to pilot a 'liberated' German plane containing the remaining English soldiers, the two Dutch women (from the farmhouse), two German deserters disguised as American GIs, and about half of the loot (stolen artifacts) to safety. One dying soldier, who was left at the farmhouse earlier, was eventually capable of blowing-up the tunnel access and leaving such (including the rest of the artifacts) under a pile of farmhouse rubble. At the end of the film, we see the stolen artifacts now being displayed inside a Dutch museum, but when the museum closes for the night, the two remaining German deserters steal the artifacts and the film ends? Although throughout the film there were a few intermingled snippets of genuine WWII footage, there definitely was quite a bit left out of this film which certainly didn't help with the continuity of the storyline - possibly due to film editing? But as I said earlier, this film still was entertaining, especially considering that it only cost me one cent (plus shipping) here on eBay...heh...heh.

Not Good to The Last Drop
It's bad enough to waste your money but wasting your time on this "film" is a sin. The producers spent the money and did a reasonably good job recreating the WWII period, special effects tolerable, even hired recognized actors...I think (Zane) but the plot is laim, worn out and the acting is horrendous! I purchased the film for it was attached to an Australian film company that produced "Little Fish" which was very good. However, they must have "shot the wad" on "Fish" for "Last Drop" stinks. Zane must have had a boat payment due to be in this "movie."It's bad enough to waste your money but wasting your time on this "film" is a sin. We thought this would b e a good movie, but it missed the mark totally. not engaging, and so amateurish.

The movie is no block buster but it has a neat little action story about stopping the nazi's taking priceless art work and the plot is eay the follow a B+ movie
