There were dents on the top, which doesn't qualifiy as Excellent-Refurbished, but it seens to work well. Have not moved old computer data yet, or installed MS Office, but I think that it was a good buy at a fair price, and appreciated the DVD/CD RWat no extra cost.

They are scammers! No communication. They do not respond in a timely manner. The laptop did not even work when they sent it to me, blue screen of death. I purchased the laptop on a Saturday, they sent it five days later on Friday.
