Had the shaft installed by a CPGA professional club fitter. The shaft lasted 2 rounds before breaking and sending my driver head flying 50 yards into the trees.
Was told they don’t cover shafts if they don’t install… won’t be buying from here again.

Sorry but there is no way I can warranty someone else's assembly work. There are a number of precautions that need to be followed to minimize breakage when assembling shafts with adapters. There is no way for me to confirm these steps were taken. You could have purchased the shaft with the adapter from us and you would have been covered.
