Buyers beware! I received ordered ceramic Christmas tree October 17th, left fully boxed, placed with other Christmas decorations. I did not open tree package until day after Thanksgiving when it was time to put up Christmas decorations. When
I opened the box the top of tree was broken off. Immediately contacted seller, they refuse to do anything BC it was past 30 day being received.
Technically they are right, but morally this is very wrong way to treat your customers.

It has been 47 days since delivery. They are now claiming it was damaged in shipping. They had 30 days to report damage.
