    Tamilee Webb - Tighter Assets

    I bought this DVD with the intention of having a good workout for cardio and legs. It is just an OK workout. That is the plus side. The negatives are that when you turn the DVD on, you cannot fast forward to the work out, you must watch ads for about 8 minutes. Every single time.... Then when you have done the workout and want to do the 10 min AB routine or actually switch between anything on the DVD you have to watch pics of Tamilee Webb float across the screen, pics of her abs, her back, her butt, her shoulders, meanwhile your heart rate is dropping and your muscles are cooling down. It is very frustrating.

    Great workout.

    This is a step workout with some hand weights. I really like it. It's not as fast paced but you can still feel it working. If you like Tamilee Webb then try the Cardio Blast for a fast paced workout that will really make you sweat.

    Love this workout

    I've owned it before (I got robbed and the guy took all my DVD's including my worokouts so I'm rebuilding). I love Tamilee workouts anyway. This is a good one with the step.

    Great for beginners

    Tamilee has two different instructors doing these exercises with and without the step, and with different levels for more options for Beginners, or Intermediate steppers. YOU will feel this one, it works!
