    An Odd Departure for Beatle Paul

    Let me preface this review by saying that I am a HUGE Beatles fan and have no qualms about spending what I did on this CD. Having said that, I am thankful that I got this for only $8.99, as it is very much for me a "novelty" type album of Sir Paul's. Those seeking traditional music (Let alone traditional McCartney-esque music) will no doubt be EXTREMELY disappointed, as my wife was, another HUGE Beatles fan. Although there are several minutes of this album that are filled with just plain noise (for lack of a better description), a more generous way to think of this CD is as "Revolution #9 Meets the 21st Century". I did find the snippets of studio chatter from John, Paul, George, and Ringo to be quite charming, and quite frankly it was the promise of these moments that prompted me to ...
