    Great work~outs... Highly recommend... Fun!!!

    Great instructor, Great DVD... Jackie gives a review prior to starting each new pyramid exercise which is helpful... I really like Jackie's personality which may seem boring to some but it allows me to concentrate on what I am doing... You will definitely feel your muscles working HARD!!! You can chose either upper body or lower body and abs... (or both) Time flies with these fun work~outs!!! You get your heart rate up slightly through out the work~out but primarily concentrates on muscle building/toning vs cardio...

    Great arm workout. The legs exercises are not quite as focused but we purchased it for the arm workout, so we are happy.

    Great video if you're looking for a tough workout that really pushes you.

    This video is tough if you are using appropriate weights, but Jackie makes it easy to follow & encourages you throughout. If you want to push yourself, this is a great video.
