There was a significant amount of damage to the chair, a damaged arm-rest, missing bolts and torn upholstery, which wasn’t highlighted in the listing. The seller offered a £10 refund which was poor considering the condition. This was accepted begrudgingly.

This is a prime example of a disingenuous buyer - apart from their misdescription of the item defects, we gave them a 20% discount off the original listing price, we also offered this buyer a full refund if he wasn't completely happy with the chair and wanted to return it... he chose not to but asked us if we'd give him a further discount, which we did out of good will and which he accepted, only to try and make us look bad by leaving this spiteful feedback. Appalling!
