Really impressed with their desire to ensure a satisfied customer - RM "lost" the package so delivery was delayed but DR did all they could to expedite delivery. Product is well made, I'd suggest anyone considering buying one to do your homework, watch You Tube videos and then buy one!     Pleased with item. But seller was rude when questioned about delivery tried to tell me that 24hour delivery was an extra charge !!when delivery was included in the buy it now price!! I only asked when item was coming and got spoken to like I had done something wrong. All I can put it down to is the voucher what was applied on checkout saving me £20 then he didn’t want to post 24 hours royal mail not a pleasant conversation!!
