Order with caution. Item came as described, which is much appreciated. After 7 days of no shipping, we reached out directly to the seller. They stated they "don't always ship with ebay shipping" but our order was out the door. They did not provide tracking as requested. 3-4 days later we submitted a claim for INR with eBay. Seller replied that they "had an emergency" and that our order would ship immediately. It did, with tracking. Please be more honest with your customers.
