Was supposed to receive certificate of authenticity (C.O.A.) with one of my orders. Did not get it so I contacted the company. They said they mailed it twice. 2 months later I have never received it. They have now decided not to return my e-mails. They made many different excuses as to why I never got it. Mostly explained off why I should be O.K. with it not arriving. All in all a very bad experience. Would not recommend. Wonder why they are refusing to send C.O.A. Maybe the notes are not legit?

We send COAs with every order. We did send it to you several times and you claim you did not receive even though tracking states you did.
