Ai sensi dell’ art.52 del decreto legislativo 6 settembre 2005 n.206 (“Codice del Consumo”), il Cliente ha il diritto di recedere dal contratto di acquisto per qualsiasi motivo, senza necessità di fornire spiegazioni.

Il diritto di recesso può essere esercitato dal Cliente entro il termine di 30 giorni dal ricevimento della merce acquistata (trascorsa tale data il recesso verrà considerato chiuso e non sarà più possibile esercitare tale diritto).
