The pictures on the listing show the item on a manufacturer’s image. The item however arrived with some broken pieces. The ladders on the sides of the model were broken. They may be fixable but I paid for an unbroken “new” product. I also understand that this could’ve happened in transit, however I don’t believe that is the case because the item was rapped in bubble wrap. I believe this happened with poor handling from the seller while packaging the product.
