The product is perfect and complete, for a very good price. The Asus laptop + the XG mobile 3080 work perfect! My only complaint is that the seller was a bit slow with sending the product after payment, they don’t seem to be working in the weekend. Also UPS made a mistake, but the seller resolved it wonderfully. Even though I had to wait longer, I’m still impressed with their communication and how they solve problems. 9.5/10 because it’s not perfect but very good, which is all you can ask for.

Shipping of course took a while considering it came from canada to the US but still ahead of the estimated date. The been works great even with Fedora linux, there are a few compatibility issues but the pen itself work great at what it is supposed to do. Perfect for a DELL 7220EX Rugged. It did not come with a method to attach it to the Tablet but I had a passive pen before I could attach it too and added velcro but cause it doesn't fit the passive pen storage slot.

The description listed as "certified refurbished" which is suppose to be "like new" or "pristine" condition as described. A few small dings on the outside shell which are not a big deal. However, there was alot of scuffing from the keys on the screen which is noticable since it's mostly right in the middle of the viewing area. Equipment matched description and everything seems to work.
