The first laptop that they send me was not working out of the box. In the initial Windows setup process it was asking for an IBM account which i didn't have obviously. They asked me to enter an account name like no@account.ca with a fake password that supposed to let me continue the setup process but this didn't work. Then they asked me to return the laptop and they send me another one. The whole process took 2 weeks but finally i got a working laptop with an upgraded graphic card.

Very good experience buying from them , They went out of there way to make a shipping error right Canada post lost my package (not there fault) but when they heard about it they immediately shipped a replacement computer before Canada post had even resolved the issue with them (outstanding service) The computer itself was exactly as described and works perfectly
