In the initial Windows setup process it was asking for an IBM account which i didn't have obviously. They asked me to enter an account name like no@account.ca with a fake password that supposed to let me continue the setup process but this didn't work. Then they asked me to return the laptop and they send me another one. After contacting them 2 times, they finally said it would be shipped and the next day, they posted a UPS tracking number. It has been almost a week and that tracking number has not left their facility. UPS doesn't even have the package. Beware of this seller. If you don't have the items ready for ship, do not sell and offer 1 week shipping time. BEWARE!!!!!!!
