The only disappointment was it was listed as NEW which normally means the package still has factory seal in place. The package was not sealed by any form of tape or by the original celephane wrapper that seals these packages. While the product inside was clearly new and appeared to never have been flown I found 3 battery packs including one IN the helicopter. I am happy with it!

Love my therapy massager
I recommend this therapy massager . The vibration and heat really feels great on tired sore swollen knees and legs. I've been using this product for about two weeks three times a day and I really feel a big difference . Love this massager it helps with the torn meniscus in my left knee that doesn't even hurt anymore and it works real good on the arthritis in both knees. Thanks for inventing this type of therapy .I recommend this therapy massager . The vibration and heat really feels great on tired sore swollen knees and legs. Reasonably priced, well engineered durable item that's easy to use. Plenty of heat and plenty of vibration. You can feel it penetrating deep down into your bones and muscles. It's far better than what I expected. I do not recommend using the highest setting for heat, the medium setting is more than ample.

EASE UP Cramps
