Excellent communication, fast shipping. Packaging was just a lot of loose styrofoam peanuts in a thin cardboard box. No bubble wrap or additional protection. Wrought iron item arrived broken and not usable due to inadequate, insecure and flimsy packaging. Paid $75 for shipping, $125 for wrought iron merchandise that arrived broken and nonfunctional.
