They say they contacted me to tell me they would be 2 days late (on the Thursday supposedly a no storm day) for shipping because of a storm in the forecast. 12 days later when I inquired if the earrings had been shipped yet, as a response I got a weather forecast. We re talking almost 2 weeks here. No update, nothing. They never went out for 2 weeks? They say they refunded me, yes they did but I wanted the earrings not a refund. If you don t want to sell, don t list. Bad service. Waste of time.

Customer service is horrendous. Did not get what was shown on ad. Completely different description. They did communicate with me but were extremely rude. I have been on Ebay for 20 years, never had problems until now. Terrible seller!!

When she contacted me for a mask I had the colors she wanted, although she only ordered her mask 3 days later. I was sold out, as was posted. Paid for one mask but 'BUT ordered me ship ASAP 4 mask'. Really!!! I had already sent her 2 free mask(I do to all my mask sales) & 1 of my high-end mask($12.99). She has been reimbursed without having to return any.. At times customer's can be wrong & difficult.. eBay had sent me a memo that NO negative would be posted. Really!!!
