Shipping packaging was destroyed because of crushed box and external wrapping was insufficient! This unit hooks into the ECM of vehicle, I would expect for $51.92 dollars shipping my purchase would be better protected. Cost saving's were excellent. I would buy from vendor again. Seller had no information about unit as they stated they were a liquidation business.

Received something roughly as described. Instead of the SFU1204 I received an SFU1605. This is a significantly larger item, also much heavier. Contacted supplier who essentially asks for a photo (so they can improve their process) and for me to return the item. I ask whether they do have the item listed in stock and seller replies that he doesn't know (and implicitly doesn't care). I will NEVER buy here again and neither should you. Either not competent or simply arrogant.

Not what happened. You were upset that our policy and ebay is that refund is issued after item returned. You were told if the item is available then it will be listed. We are a liquidation company and move 10k+ items per month, nobody could remember all the items off the top of their head. Again just common sense which you refused to accept as fact. Completely competent and no arrogance was shown, you were just not happy with the return policy.

The alternator fit perfect and works fantastic. A great deal for a brand new alternator. Even though the original box was damaged, it was packed inside another box and shipped securely. No issues and the shipping was fast. I would not hesitate buying from this seller again.
