I bought 2 compacts but one of them got damaged during shipping, I immediately notified the seller & he quickly responded that he'll send me a replacement.

The powder was damaged and broken upon arriving and not usable as it continues to break and powder gets all over. This is a great powder that's why I originally purchased it. Seller was notified and sent photos of powder still in packaging, and said he was shipping a replacement but have not heard back nor received the replacement to date.

My issue is that I recent found out this item has been off the market for at least 3 years and has a shelf life of 2 years so I'm wondering if its safe to use and how this seller has so many to sell. The description of the product should mention this very important fact and disclose how old the product is. I had sent the seller a message on Jan. 24 asking how old the product is and never received a response.
