    Great Experience!

    Great experience! I found the front face of the chassis was distorted due to the handling of shipping, and the machine works as expected. I wrote a message to Dan about this and did not expect he can do much about it. However, Dan immediately replied and offered me a new chassis. Today, I received the chassis and really appreciate Dan for taking care of the matter in a nice way. Action and result speak loudly.
