Seller used Fedex instead of USPS and was free shipping, amazing value in the shipping alone. Product was in better than described condition. It still had the factory protective screen on it. I noticed that the seller forgot to include the ac adapter as advertised. A quick message swiftly resolved the issue, and he ensured that the an ac adapter would be sent within 24 hours.

Not the seller's fault, but Fedex shipping was a disaster, 5 days late and the packaging was crushed and mutilated, but phone appears to be fine. Fedex is really going downhill.
