Zero communication from the seller after 3 messages. I asked ebay to help and they would not. Item came without notice however at least it did arrive. Item was open box, retaped closed, and inner cardboard compromised. Not sure if it was used, refurbished, or new. There was a very miniscule amount of dust inside the roller head. Item does seem to work but the shipping was expensive in my opinion. There are almost no sellers of this item anymore, so I was happy to get it.
