I said 5 stars so my review could be seen sooner than the 7 day grace period for negative comments. That’s BS! Used is an understatement! It looks like it was thrown down the highway at 870 miles an hour and skidded for 2679543746432 miles on the pavement & glitches when it turned on. I have purchased all my phones used. At least those were given some TLC in an effort to make them presentable & changed out the scratched screen. My daughter’s excitement was shattered to tears & I’m sad for her.
