I was hesitant at first since I normally don't buy things on ebay. However the price for this minisplit was very good and all the other feedback I read was positive. I decided to give it a try, and I must admit I was pleasantly surprised. The mini split was well packaged and delivered very quickly it also had all the connections for the install. My AC guy just installed it today and it is running well. I even sharded the website with him for some of his customers. If you need an ac get it here.
