Items as described, well packed and shipped. T480 is a great laptop and I appreciated the upgrades in SSD and RAM the seller considered. Two minor drawbacks for those who might care about details. One is that the top cover was refurbished using a protective film, possibly for cosmetic reason. Second is that the IPS display of the unit only has 6 bit color (not 8 bit). It has sufficient brightness but the colors may not appear as vibrant to people who use graphics software. Overall a great buy.

The laptop lid looks very old, but I am fine with it and also fine with RAM, processor, and hard drive capacity as described. However, the battery capacity is too bad, even the combination of the internal and external battery does not last even for two hours normal tasks, need to buy a replacement battery.

The computer is as described, great condition. I used to work on these machines as desktop support. CPU is the 8550. A generic user was setup & while I didn't see anything suspicious installed, I opted to reset the machine anyway. CPUZ is also showing variable RAM speeds - Lenovo Spec sheet says this model supports 2400Mhz and I found 2666 was installed, this might be why, and likely isn't an issue. Overall, solid machine, exactly what I expected for specs, and great cosmetic condition.
