    Great video for quick work-outs.

    I like this yoga video b/c it was produced in 2011 -- I have bought many a "dated" video's. The first session is about 20 minutes which makes it easy to fit into my busy day. It is not too challenging and not too easy. I do not want something that is solely making me more flexible -- I do want a mini workout and this fits the bill.

    Too Bouncy.

    I did not like this workout at all. The instructor was way too "bouncy." I prefer a yoga workout that is more mindful as well as physical. Just doesn't work for me. I bought this because of the "fun and energizing...calorie burning, flexibility & toning" verbage on the front of the box! As it turned out, it just wasn't for me. And I would not encourage anyone to buy it,I wish I hadn't have.
