Factory-sealed refurbished package, in seemingly new condition, just as advertised, replaced the same model that had a CPU failure and Samsung refused to honor the warranty. Sell was prompt, courteous, and attentive. I had ordered the wrong (locked Verizon) version by mistake, and they allowed me to return the wrong one and buy the unlocked one without a restocking fee, even paying for return postage!     Samsung's Last Good Phone

    Having had an S7, S9, and S20, I can tell you this phone is my current favorite. It still has a headphone jack as well as an external SD and you can update it all the way to Android 12. I love the smaller form factor, it is approximately the size of the S7, I even felt the S9 was a little too big. The only disadvantages are the lack of notification LED and lack of 5G. Otherwise, a solid device. With Samsung eschewing headphone jacks, external SDs, notification LEDs, bundled headphones and chargers to simply follow whatever Apple decides to do, this is the last device that was a classic Samsung phone.

    Galaxy s10e

    The phone is great except for the screen size. With the deletion of the button as I had on my note 5 the screen size is reduced for usage. The screen is larger than my previous phone but I cannot use entire screen for display.

    Size does matter.

    I don't like large phones so I always look for something that is compact. There aren't many out there so my wife got me to try an iPhone 12 Mini. I didn't like it, I am strictly an android phone person. The S10E is a sleek and Is by today's standards small phone. It has all the features and seems to be just as fast as Samsung's larger phones. So my final word on it is that it works for me. I think it will work for you too if you want a smaller phone.

    "Good phone with plenty of features"

    We like that the phone has a full screen with no bezel, more screen to look at. Battery life lasts all day. We don't like that Samsung got rid of the app notification light, hopefully Samsung will have a fix for that.

    Smaller but powerful phone.

    A good price and features on a flagship phone in a smaller package. Quite the upgrade from the S7 with all the bells and whistles. I have smaller hands causing a minor issue unlocking the finger print reader, however security is good. All in all a quality product I am very pleased with.
