I have to say that starting out was rough. When the unit arrived it had a whole host of issues. I reached out and filed a repair ticket. Theodore Stenzel had reached out to me about it. We talked about maintenance on machines and he outlined how he was going to make it right. We swapped a few emails back and forth and it was a first class experience. A very human one. I missed it. A new unit was picked and everything heavily tested before being sent. It's on its way. Amazing service. 10/10
